Comment Request for Regulation Project - Proposed Collection

The US Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on proposed information collections, including Disclosure Requirements With Respect to Prohibited Tax Shelter Transactions, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden. The request is made under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
