United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement Implementation Rule

The U.S. government has adopted final rule amendments to customs regulations, effective as of March 19, 2012, to implement provisions of the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement, including preferential tariff treatment and customs-related provisions.
