Department of the Treasury Requests Comments on Proposed Collection of Information for Qualified Retirement Plans and Cash or Deferred Arrangements

The Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on proposed information collections related to qualified retirement plans under Sections 401(k) and 401(m), as well as guidance on cash or deferred arrangements, in an effort to reduce paperwork burden.
