Comment Request on Information Collection Tools Relating to the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP)

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on proposed information collection tools for the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP), as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden. The comments are required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
