Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Benefit Appeals Report to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is submitting an information collection request, sponsored by the Employment and Training Administration, to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval to continue using the 'Benefit Appeals Report' without changes, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
