Office of Workers' Compensation Programs to Solicit Comments on Proposed Collection Request

The Department of Labor is conducting a preclearance consultation program to gather public comments on proposed data collection requests, aiming to minimize reporting burden and ensure data can be provided in the desired format, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
