OSHA Confirms Effective Date of Mechanical Power Press Standard Record Requirements

On November 20, 2013, OSHA published a direct final rule revising records in the Mechanical Power Press Standard, which became effective on February 18, 2013, after receiving no significant adverse comments on the rule or a companion proposed rule.
