Safety Zones; Annual Fireworks Event in the Captain of the Port Detroit Zone

The U.S. Coast Guard will establish a safety zone for an annual fireworks event in the Captain of the Port Detroit zone on August 18, 2012, from 9:15 p.m. to 10 p.m. to ensure public safety.
