The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has released a Draft Supplemental EIS for oil and gas lease sales scheduled for 2013 and 2014 in the Western Planning Area (WPA) and Central Planning Area (CPA) offshore the states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, updating analyses for proposed Lease Sales 233 and 231.
