The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has released its responses to public comments and an Environmental Assessment for the proposed oil, gas, and potash leasing and development order in New Mexico. The order, issued by the Secretary of the Interior in 2012, supersedes a previous order and addresses leasing and development within the Designated Potash Area in Eddy and Lea counties.
