Newspapers to be used for publication of legal notices and proposed actions in the Eastern Region

Summary

Deciding Officers in the Eastern Region will publish notice of decisions subject to administrative appeal in selected newspapers, in addition to direct notice to those who have requested it. The public will also be advised through a Federal Register notice of the principal newspaper to be used for publishing legal notices of decisions.
