TTB Proposes Establishment of Indiana Uplands Viticultural Area and Modification of Ohio River Valley Viticultural Area

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is proposing to establish a new viticultural area in south-central Indiana, known as the Indiana Uplands, and modify the boundary of the existing Ohio River Valley viticultural area, which would eliminate a potential overlap and result in a smaller affected region being removed from the Ohio River Valley area.
