OSHA Reestablishes Maritime Advisory Committee for Occupational Safety and Health

The U.S. Department of Labor is re-establishing the Maritime Advisory Committee for Occupational Safety and Health (MACOSH) to enhance OSHA's ability to enforce workplace safety regulations in the maritime industry, following a review of the committee's authority under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
