DOL Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is submitting an Employee Benefits Security Administration sponsored information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval for continued use without change, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
