Department of Labor Submits Employee Benefit Plan Claims Procedure Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is submitting an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval to continue using the Employee Benefit Plan Claims Procedure under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act without any changes.
