Proposed Exemptions From Certain Prohibited Transaction Restrictions

The US Department of Labor has issued notices of proposed exemptions from certain restrictions on transactions involving employee pension plans, including plans for UBS, ABB, and American International Group, under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code.
