Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act Forms for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is submitting an information collection request for the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to use the revised forms for the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act.
