OSHA Seeks Public Comments on Extension of OMB Approval for Portable Fire Extinguishers Standard

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is requesting public input on its proposal to extend the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval of the information collection requirements for the Portable Fire Extinguishers Standard, which is outlined in the Annual Maintenance Certification Record (29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3)).
