Department of Labor Submits OSHA Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is requesting OMB approval to continue using the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's information collection request, 'Access to Employee Exposure and Medical Records', without any changes, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
