US Department of Commerce Review of Chinese Folding Metal Tables and Chairs, Intent to Revoke Order in Part

Summary

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review and new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on folding metal tables and chairs from China. Preliminary results show that two Chinese companies, Feili and New-Tec, did not sell their products in the US at below-cost prices, while a third company, Xinjiamei Furniture, did. If confirmed, the Department will instruct US Customs to liquidate Feili and New-Tec's exports without duties and assess duties on Xinjiamei Furniture's exports.
