FBI to Submit Information Collection Request for Customer Service Satisfaction Data

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the FBI and National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime, is requesting public comment on a proposed information collection to gather customer service satisfaction data, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
