DEA Proposes Adjustments to 2013 Aggregate Production Quotas for Schedule I and II Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has proposed changes to the 2013 production quotas for certain controlled substances, including ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine, as well as three recently scheduled substances, in an effort to assess annual needs and adjust production levels accordingly.
