Certification of Compliance With the Statutory Eligibility Requirements of the Violence Against Women Act as Amended for Applicants to the STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program

The Department of Justice is revising an existing information collection activity for the STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program, which is funded by the Violence Against Women Act. The revised collection will ensure compliance with statutory eligibility requirements for applicants to the program.
