FBI Requests Public Comments on Friction Ridge Cards Collection

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking public comments on its existing collection of Friction Ridge Cards, which are used for personal identification and contain palm prints and fingerprints. The agency is also requesting feedback on its use of these cards for arrest and institutional purposes.
