Medicaid Funding Adjustment Under ARRA for Fiscal Year 2010

Summary

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has issued a notice adjusting the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) rates for Medicaid and Title IV-E Foster Care, Adoption Assistance and Guardianship Assistance Programs for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2010, as mandated by Section 5001 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
