John L. Nau III and Barbara E. Nau, of Houston, Texas, and Donald and Diane Siegel, Trustees of the Siegel Residence Trust of Wilson, Wyoming, have jointly submitted an application to the US government to remove a cloud from the title of certain parcels of land in Teton County, Wyoming, adjacent to properties they already own. The cloud was created by the Snake River RMP, which identified the lands for potential disposal by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to other public entities.
