SBA Amends Privacy Act Systems of Records to Include SBIR and STTR Programs

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is updating its Privacy Act Systems of Records to include a new system for collecting and protecting information from applicants and participants in the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs, which are administered by the SBA.
