US Commission Amends Labeling Requirements for Alternative Fuels and Alternative Fueled Vehicles
The US Commission has updated the labeling requirements for alternative fuels and alternative fueled vehicles, combining the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) alternative fueled vehicle labels with new fuel economy labels from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and eliminating requirements for used labels.
