Cowlitz Indian Tribe to Expand Service Delivery Area

The Indian Health Service proposes to expand the geographic boundaries of the Service Delivery Area for the Cowlitz Indian Tribe, adding Columbia County, Oregon, and Wahkiakum and Kittitas Counties, Washington, to the existing area that includes Clark, Cowlitz, King, Lewis, Pierce, Skamania, and Thurston counties in Washington state.
