Airlines File Applications for Certificates and Permits under FAA Subpart B

Summary

Several airlines have submitted applications for Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity and Foreign Air Carrier Permits under the Federal Aviation Administration's Subpart B, formerly known as Subpart Q, as of April 17, 2010.
