Newspapers to be Used for Publication of Legal Notice of Appealable Decisions and Publication of Notice of Proposed Actions for Southern Region

Summary

The U.S. Department of Energy will publish legal notices of decisions subject to administrative appeal and notices of proposed actions in 13 Southern Region newspapers. The public will be advised of the newspaper of record through Federal Register notices. This publication is in addition to direct notice to those who have requested it and to those who have participated in project planning.
