Notice of Termination of United States-Bolivia Bilateral Investment Treaty

Summary

The Government of Bolivia has delivered a notice of termination to the United States, effective June 10, 2012, for the bilateral investment treaty between the two countries. The treaty will cease to have effect, except it will remain applicable for 10 more years to existing investments as of the termination date.
