Medicaid Funding Adjustment Under ARRA for Fiscal Year 2010

Summary

The U.S. government has issued a notice adjusting the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) rate for Medicaid and Title IV-E Foster Care, Adoption Assistance and Guardianship Assistance Programs for the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2010, as required by Section 5001 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
