The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will hold a public meeting to protect and preserve bighorn sheep winter range and capital investments on the Whiskey Mountain Bighorn Sheep Range, as part of the Locatable Mineral Withdrawal Extension, in accordance with the Public Land Order (PLO) published in the Federal Register on November 28, 1990.
