The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) have prepared a draft finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the Washington State portion of the Pacific Northwest Rail Corridor Upgrades Tier-1 Environmental Assessment, following the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and FRA Environmental Procedures. The public is invited to comment on the draft FONSI.
