SBA Grants Waiver of Nonmanufacturer Rule for Night Vision Equipment

Summary

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is granting a class waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for small businesses to supply night vision equipment to the Federal government, as no small businesses currently manufacture this product. This waiver will allow small businesses to purchase products from any manufacturer on federal contracts set aside for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, 8(a) program participants, or women-owned small businesses.
