Malta's pleasure vessels entitled to a cruise licence

Summary

This document amends the regulations of the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) by adding the Republic of Malta (Malta) to the list of countries whose pleasure vessels may be issued with U.S. cruise licenses. The United States has a number of international agreements, including an agreement on the establishment of a customs union in the United Kingdom.
