The Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) from Mexico, following a request from Quimica Amtex S.A. de C.V. (Amtex), and will preliminarily determine if Amtex has sold the subject merchandise at less than normal value during the review period.
