The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Fujian Jinquan Trade Co., Ltd./Baiyuan Wood Machining Co., Ltd. and 22 other exporters sold wood mouldings and millwork products from China to the United States at prices below normal value during February 1, 2022, through January 31, 2023. Commerce intends to rescind the review for 12 companies with no entries and seven companies with withdrawn requests.
