The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to certain hardwood plywood producers from China during September 26, 2021, through December 31, 2022. Commerce also finds that 18 companies had no subject shipments and will be eligible to participate in the certification program.
