The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that certain producers/exporters of steel concrete reinforcing bar from the Republic of Türkiye made sales in the United States at prices below normal value during July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. The review is being rescinded for three companies with no U.S. Customs and Border Production data.
