EPA Submits Proposed Revision of PCBs ICR for OMB Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a proposed revision and extension of its information collection request (ICR) for PCBs, Consolidated Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. Public comments on the ICR can be submitted until February 3, 2026.
