EPA Submits Proposed Extension of Information Collection Request for Treatment of Indian Tribes under Clean Water Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a proposed extension of an information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The ICR, related to the treatment of Indian tribes in a similar manner as states for purposes of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act, is currently set to expire on March 31, 2023.
