FMCSA Renews Exemption for R.J. Corman, Cranemasters, and NRC Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has renewed the exemption for R.J. Corman Railroad Services, Cranemasters, Inc., and National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association, Inc. drivers to drive beyond the 14th hour after coming on duty and accumulate up to 70 hours of on-duty time in 8 consecutive days, in response to unplanned events.
