Notice of Adoption of Categorical Exclusions Under the National Environmental Policy Act

Summary

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) has adopted 35 categorical exclusions (CATEXes) established by the Department of the Army, Department of the Navy, NASA, Tennessee Valley Authority, and Agricultural Research Service, for proposed actions that do not require environmental review. The DAF has obtained concurrence from these agencies on the use of these CATEXes.
