NMFS Reallocates Pacific Cod in Gulf of Alaska

Summary

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is reallocating unused Pacific cod from trawl vessels to larger vessels using hook-and-line gear and to catcher/processors using trawl gear in the Central Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska to meet the 2024 total allowable catch (TAC) of Pacific cod.
