NMFS Opens Directed Fishing for Pacific Cod in Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is allowing American Fisheries Act trawl catcher/processors to fish for Pacific cod in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area, in order to utilize the full 2023 total allowable catch allocated to these vessels.
