NMFS Issues Incidental Harassment Authorization for Skagway Ore Terminal Redevelopment Project

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has granted the Municipality of Skagway an Incidental Harassment Authorization to incidentally harm marine mammals during the construction of the Skagway Ore Terminal redevelopment project in Alaska, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA).
