The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a final rule to link Pacific halibut catch limits to halibut abundance in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands fisheries, in compliance with the Magnuson-Stevens Act and Amendment 123 to the Fishery Management Plan.
