NHTSA Waives Enforcement of Bus Rollover Structural Integrity Rule

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has decided not to take enforcement action against regulated entities for non-compliance with the Bus Rollover Structural Integrity final rule, allowing for partial reconsideration of petitions until March 20, 2025.
